DEDICATION

The work that I bring to the world is dedicated to James Lee Stallings and Baby Jessica. Through their presence in my life – brief as it seems – they taught me courage above all. From courage has evolved compassion, wisdom and a life long desire to keep playing (PLAY = Perpetually Learning About Yourself). Without Jim and Jessie, I would not be who I am.

And, then there is love in another realm. For that I am grateful for my amazing husband, Tom Allen. If he doesn’t yet fully believe, I’ll continue to convince him over our lifetime together how important he is to my life – to its quality, fullness and depth. You make the journey worth while, Tom. I am indebted to your heart and its devotion to us no matter what.

There is also the gift of fur – warm, living, sweetness, demanding, giving and ever present to what arises - in the form of our precious cats. Magic shared almost 20 years of the journey and continues to inspire though from a different realm. Gizmo teaches us heart with spirit with a generous 18 years and counting. Mestophiles came two years ago; this 5 year old big lug is love personified. When someone tells me that cats are boring, I can not imagine such an untruth.

To coaching clients, yoga students and my Compassionate Friends family, thank you for trusting me with your minds, bodies, spirits, stories and tears. You continue to teach and inspire me in ways only human contact can allow. To all the healers who have soothed my soul and stiff limbs, eons of gratitude.
